Here at Inspire Youth Tyne & Wear all of our staff are qualified with at least a Level 2 qualification in the safeguarding of young people, senior members of staff hold a level 3 qualification. It is essential that all staff at inspire youth are fully DBS checked and all trained and aware of Safegurading policies and practices at a hight level to ensure all young peeple have the best possible care and all needs will be met.

All of our staff have taken a 3 day course, first 2 days gaining a sexual health qualification and the third for the C-Card qualification. All staff now have the information and confidence to guide young people and provide the right advice for any young people.
